The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant you will take pride in providing a high-level service and ensure we recruit the right people for our valued clients.
Working a long side a supportive and bubbly team, you will source and place candidates in a fast paced environment.
You will be provided with full, and ongoing training both internally and externally with on the job support at all times.
To be considered for this position, you will have the following:
- Experience/knowledge within recruitment, construction industry knowledge will be highly regarded, but not completely essential.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and innovative attitude
- Strong time management skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain candidate and client relationship
- Enjoy a work hard, play hard setting
- You will be resilient and determined with a “can do” attitude
